There is a lot of confusion surrounding whole foods. I want to give you 6 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any supplement product you obtain:

1: Make sure the supplement is a whole-food by checking out the label. If the label can tell you what the exact measurement of any particular nutrient is, than it is not a whole food supplement.
